Suhail Yachting Charter Terms

To confirm a charter on any vessel, ranging from 33 ft to 164 ft, a 30 % deposit is required. We do not hold dates without this payment. The minimum charter duration is 2 hours. Our hourly rates start from 600 AED up to 18,900 AED, and all listed prices already include VAT. The remaining balance is payable prior to departure from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Every booking includes a licensed captain, professional crew, fuel, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Additional services such as catering, water sports, or transfers can be arranged upon request.

If adverse weather conditions prevent sailing, we offer full flexibility. In such cases, we move the charter to another date or issue a complete refund of your payment, depending entirely on the guest's choice. We agree a new date in the chat on WhatsApp. No cancellation fees apply when weather prevents safe departure from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. For non-weather cancellation requests, please message our team directly. We reply in the chat within 15 minutes, daily between 9:00 and 23:00 GST, to assist you with any scheduling changes or questions.

Guests may bring their own food and drinks on board, including alcohol, with zero corkage fees. Alternatively, catering, BBQ menus, and bar service can be arranged on request. You can also request live music, DJs, water sports, or fishing tackle. No passport or ID is needed to board our vessels. The maximum capacity across our fleet is up to 90 guests, depending on the specific vessel selected. All guests must follow the safety instructions provided by the captain and crew during the voyage to ensure a safe journey.

Insurance is included in the charter price for all 88 yachts and boats in our fleet. A fully licensed captain and crew operate every vessel to handle navigation and safety. Included amenities like life jackets are provided for all guests on board. Optional activities, such as jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, seabobs, or banana rides, are available on request during your charter. Guests are responsible for using the boat's equipment carefully and following crew guidance throughout the trip.
