We accept various payment methods including credit cards and cash. In case of bad weather preventing the sail, we offer rescheduling or refunds according to our policy.

The rate includes your captain, crew, fuel for standard itineraries, fresh towels, water, and ice. You also get access to the sound system and safety equipment. Food, alcohol, and special entertainment are extra.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own beverages (including alcohol for those over 21) and snacks. We can also arrange catering if you prefer a hassle-free experience.

Yes, swimming is possible during daylight hours if the sea conditions are calm. The captain makes the final call for safety. We provide life jackets for everyone.

If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Refunds depend on how far in advance you notify us, as per the booking agreement. Weather-related cancellations by the coast guard are fully refundable or rescheduled.

Transport isn't included in the base rate, but we can organize private transfers or limousine services for your group upon request.

Safety is our priority. Our vessels are equipped with safety gear for all ages, and the crew is trained to assist. The waters inside the Marina and around the Palm are generally very calm.
